Kindly read through the following terms and conditions prior to placing an order.
To ensure sufficient preparation and planning time for your Cake Orders, kindly note the recommended advance notice for placing your orders.
Standard Cake – 7 days in advance.
Customized Cake – at least 2 to 4 weeks in advance.
Orders are only confirmed once full payments (incl. delivery charges) are received. No changes to cake orders after order confirmation. If shorter notice is given to us, your order will be subject to availability.
For customization, design references and detailed descriptions are welcomed. We will try our very best to accomodate your requests but we also reserve the right to reject orders/requests. As every design is unique, kindly allow for slight variations from reference photos/pictures. We reserve the right to reasonably adjust the design without prior notice, in the event when it is absolutely necessary.
As your orders are only confirmed upon receipt of full payments (incl. delivery charges), please note the payment method as follows:
(1) Bank transfer to DBS Savings Account 015-5-039574.

Collection Time: To be arranged during order confirmation.
We strongly encourage self collection as we are not able to fully guarantee the perfectly smooth transportation of your cake in view that delivery is outsourced to external delivery services.
For orders that have been confirmed, if due to any reason that you may need to cancel your order, please do so by calling us immediately to notify us at least 3 days before the delivery/collection date. For dessert tables, events or wedding orders, at least 3 weeks advance notice is required for cancellation of order. Please note that for any cancellation of orders, you will only receive a 50% refund or no refund at all if notice period is shorter than the above mentioned.
However, if we are unable to fulfil your order due to unforeseen circumstances, we will refund your payments in full.
All buttercream cakes are recommended to be kept in an air-conditioned room for up to 4 hours. If cakes are intended for a later serving time, they are best stored in the fridge and taken out to “thaw” for at least 1 – 2 hours before consumption. Once out of the fridge, it is preferable to allow cakes to cool in an air-conditioned room, to prevent drastic drop in temperature.
Cakes with fondant designs are recommended to be collected nearer to serving time and preferably not refridgerated as fondant colours are likely to ‘bleed’ once taken out of the fridge. Cakes must be consumed at room temperature for maximum satisfaction. Please ensure cakes are not exposed to direct sunlight, as buttercream/fondant will melt. For leftovers (if any), it is recommended to store in air-tight containers in the fridge and consumed within the next 3 days.
In the event of inappropriate or prolonged storage of cakes, we will not be held responsible for any stomach discomfort or food poisoning.

FrostyLicious Cakes (FLC) will not be held liable for any mishaps or accidents due to mishandling of cakes during delivery transportation or allergic reactions to any ingredients used. If you have any food allergies or special dietary requirements, please check with us before ordering. As all our baked products are prepared in the same humble kitchen, our products might contain dairy, nuts, egg, gluten and alcohol traces, be it directly or indirectly. FLC shall be indemnified of any claims whatsoever.
