Cake Storage Rules:

All cakes are recommended to be kept in an air-conditioned room for up to 5 hours. If cakes are intended for a later serving time, they are best stored in the fridge and taken out to “thaw” for at least 1 – 2 hours before consumption. Once out of the fridge, it is preferable to allow cakes to cool in an air-conditioned room, to prevent drastic drop in temperature. Cakes should be consumed at room temperature for maximum satisfaction. Please ensure cakes are not exposed to direct sunlight, as buttercream will melt. For leftovers (if any), it is recommended to store in air-tight containers in the fridge and consumed within the next 3 days.
